Non-Profit Status

Incorporation
STEC Jericho Ministries is a not for profit corporation, with the sole purpose of providing logistical and financial support to Jericho Ministries, Honduras (Association Interdenominal Christian Ministry Jericho). Our articles of incorporation are filed with the State of Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions, Division of Corporate and Consumer Services.

Tax Exempt Status
STEC Jericho Ministries, Inc is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a public charity, exempt from Federal income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to STEC Jericho Ministries, Inc. are deductible under section 170 of the Code. The Ministry is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. The effective date of this exemption is November 22, 2000.

Documentation of incorporation and tax exempt status is maintained on file with the Treasurer.
