We, the Jericho U.S. Board of Directors, are very excited to share with you details of two great works the Lord is planning in Honduras. The first great work will be known as Jericho Villa, a major expansion of Jericho Ministries. My wife Marie and I have just returned from Honduras where we met with Betsy and the construction manager, Arnulfo Ortiz “Fito”, to develop the project plan and estimates. Upon our return, the Jericho Villa plans were reviewed by our U.S. Board President and fellow engineer, Ron Pagel. After many hours of praying, planning, estimating, more praying, re-planning, re-estimating, and praying some more, we believe we have developed a workable project plan that will serve the mission and bring glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The second great work, Jericho II, is an expansion of the evangelistic and rescue efforts in San Pedro Sula, four hours north of Tegucigulpa. This city has an even greater problem with prostitution. Jericho II is lead by Rosario, Betsy’s spiritual mentor since her early days as a missionary. Rosario is an incredible warrior for Christ who prays without ceasing.
